            7.7.5 Loss, theft, or damage to customer luggage.
            7.7.6 The transportation operator waiting at an incorrect pickup location.
            7.7.7 The vehicle provided not matching the description given to the customer.

8. Payment:

      8.1 By using any of the payment methods available on the Website, EasyLafiy will not be held responsible for, nor assume any liability for, any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from the following:
            8.1.1 Lack of authorization for any transaction.
            8.1.2 Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by you and your bank or credit card provider.

      9.2 The transportation operators reserve the right to refuse you and your luggage from being carried on the vehicle for any reason deemed justified, including but not limited to:

            9.2.1 Carrying contraband, illegal substances, fragile or oversized/overweight luggage, engaging in unruly behavior, being intoxicated, or any conduct deemed to affect the safety or comfort of other passengers.
            9.2.2 Failure to present valid booking documents during travel.
            9.2.3 Fraudulent payment of your fare.
            9.2.4 The credit card used for payment has been reported as lost or stolen.
            9.2.5 The booking confirmation or itinerary is counterfeit or fraudulently obtained.
            9.2.6 T Alterations made to the itinerary by anyone other than us or our authorized agents, or if the itinerary has been mutilated (in such cases, we reserve the right to retain the documentation).
            9.2.7 You are deemed medically unfit to travel and may pose a health threat to other passengers, at EasyLafiy’s discretion.
            9.2.8 If the transportaion operator refuses to carry you or removes you from the vehicle due to any of the reasons listed above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will not be entitled to further carriage or a refund of the fare, and we will not be liable for any consequential or incidental losses, damages, costs, or fees you may incur as a result of the refusal of carriage.

      9.3 Children under the age of twelve (12) will not be accepted for carriage unless accompanied by an adult.

      9.4 You are responsible for ensuring that you carry all necessary travel documents, including relevant passports, valid visas, and identification. If you are denied entry or exit, or detained by immigration authorities in the country you are traveling to, from, or over, we will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences.
